Program Material:

  • WEEK 1: Decluttering your life physically & energetically, setting new standards, getting to know your strength & weaknesses.

  • WEEK 2: Self talk & affirmations that work (self talk has been shown to change the way the brain is wired; there are specific ways I teach you to talk to yourself so you can become unstoppable)

  • WEEK 3: Subconscious Mind & Thoughts (learn about when you created your subconscious programs that control your entire life, the main functions of the subconscious, how to rewire it, & how powerful our thoughts actually are. This week is mind blowing.)

  • WEEK 5: Identity, beliefs, releasing our old story (your beliefs about yourself run your entire life & until we change your identity, it will be very hard to change your behavior)

  • WEEK 6: Rules & Shoulds (what rules are governing our lives? Where did they come from? Are they destructive or helpful? You’ll be surprised how eye opening this is).

  • WEEK 7: SIX CORE HUMAN NEEDS (EVERYTHING you do is to meet a need. Most people meet these in superficial/unfulling ways; learn why you do what you do & how to meet them in a fulfilling way)

  • WEEK 9: SIX CORE HUMAN NEEDS (EVERYTHING you do is to meet a need. Most people meet these in superficial/unfulling ways; learn why you do what you do & how to meet them in a fulfilling way)

  • WEEK 10: Inner child (no this isn’t visualizing taking your child for a walk in the park, this is about learning to listen to what our wounded childhood self is trying to tell us through our behavior & learning to nurture her the way she needs. This work is necessary to heal forever. This can be a very emotional week for some).

  • WEEK 11: Triggers, Inner rebel, & Self Sabotage. (why do we rebel & sabotage every time we start making progress? why do we feel triggered & how can we heal those wounds?)

  • WEEK 12: [break]

  • WEEK 13: Forgiveness (did you know they did a study that showed when walked through a simple forgiveness exercise, people became physically stronger? We may not realize who we need to forgive, but our body feels it. It weighs on our soul. We have to set ourselves free. I’ll be teaching you that exercise & more).

  • WEEK 14: Love & Intuition (did you know they’re finding that the heart has its own intelligence? It holds the answers to everything, we just have to learn to tap into it. When you live from a place of love & learn to follow your intuitive nudges… life becomes so much EASIER. You discover the flow state which simply put… feels magical. We all have intuitive gifts, tapping into them is so powerful)

  • WEEK 15: Authentic Self, Highest Joy & Play: (Who even are you? what do you like? what lights you up? What makes you come alive? How can we infuse our life with our highest joys? This week we’re being really HONEST & VULNERABLE. It takes courage to own who we are & express what we need)

  • Week 16: LAST WEEK OF THE PROGRAM! No set module but we will have some journal assignments & will just be reflecting on the last incredible 4 months.
